What's your timeline?

Do you offer revisions?
Two rounds of revisions included. After that, changes are billed at $100/hr. Scope creep kills projects — I'd rather be upfront about that.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, brand colors (if you have them), photos of your work, and details about your services and service area. I handle everything else. Seriously, that's it.
Payment terms?
Monthly plans (Launch + Growth) are billed on the 1st of each month following your setup. A 12-month minimum contract applies — enough time to actually move your rankings. Premium builds are 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. No surprises, no hidden fees.
Do I own the site?
On the Launch and Growth plans, the site lives on our infrastructure — hosting, deployment, and maintenance are all handled for you as part of the monthly fee. If you end the contract after your minimum term, the site comes down. On the Premium plan, you own everything outright: the Vercel account, the domain, the code. It's yours to keep and do whatever you want with. Most clients on monthly plans never think about this because the site keeps bringing them work — there's no reason to walk away from something that's making your phone ring.
Why a 12-month minimum?
SEO takes time. Anyone promising you results in 30 days is lying. The 12-month minimum exists because that's how long it realistically takes to move rankings, build domain authority, and see a real return on the work. It also means I can invest in your site properly from day one instead of doing just enough to cover a month-to-month relationship. After the initial term, it rolls month-to-month — stay as long as it's working, which in my experience is a long time.
